I purchased a rare shoe on the release date that was only released on a few sites, Shoe Palace being one of them. There were multiple sites in multiple countries selling this shoe. SP charged $27 for shipping (even though I'm US based and so are they) and I was able to get the same shoe from another US company and a European company (I'm not a reseller, but it was for my siblings as a gift). The European company charged less for shipping, the US company had free shipping, and BOTH companies got me my product before SP. SP also had a damaged box where the other 2 didn't. I paid for the shipping due to scarcity, but their product ended up being the most expensive for shipping, showed up last, and came in the worst condition. I want to say this is unique to me, but my friend who helped me in this process let me know that this is normal for SP and their orders. Use Shoe Palace as a last resort.
Terrible costumer service, shoes will come damaged, shipped in plastic bag so you know the box will be destroyed. Do not buy from them nor their sister company ShopNiceKicks!

i bought a nike hoodie that turned out to be fake as f***. it was supposed to be for my boyfriend for his birthday but i can’t even do him like that. now i gotta return it, not to mention they take a $15 “shipping fee” for sending anything back. moral of the story f*** this site their s**t is s**t and they only want your $15
This company is horrible. I was sold two left shoes and they were sent out of town.After contacting customer service about this issue I was referred to a manager that promised to send me shipping labels I’ve asked the manager several times for the return labels. All I received was false promises and finally no response. I will never purchase a pair of shoes from this company again and I would recommend that you purchase for the first time from this company. After eight weeks of begging for my return labels today I am finally throwing the shoes away and wasting my money on a brand new pair of Nike.
Terrible in store Mgmt presence. I bought a pair of New Balance shoes 3 weeks ago at the Galleria Mall store which I wore one time. I have bought New Balance shoes for the last 20 years, never had a problem. This pair didn’t fit quite right so I decided I would return them. My wife and I had previously looked at other options when we were there so all I wanted was my money back, a simple return. I was greeted by “not feelin em Boss?” I replied I wore them once and they were uncomfortable. I’m 66 years old and I’ve probably returned 3 pairs of shoes in my life. This obnoxious store person, name withheld, told me that these shoes were obviously worn to which I replied, “yes, one time”. “We can’t return these Boss, you’ve obviously been wearing these”. This punk basically called me a liar and when I said that to him, he said the best he could do was in store credit to which I replied that they have lost my business. I would rather eat the $80 and donate the shoes than deal with these type of accusations. I really like New Balance shoes, don’t get me wrong but they should definitely pull the line from the Shoepalace.
My order took 2.5 months to get to me I emailed them and was told my sneakers "could not be fulfilled in the first shipment due to the item or items being on a possible back order." when the website could've have not let me make the purchase in the first place and just said that it wasn't in stock.
This company does not care abot their customer, only about the profit. I also think they're cioking their books (i was charged $1,000 with a $820 discount for a $180 pair if shoes). They also charged me $27 for shipping. I didn't get the shoes for THREE WEEKS. I had to contact customer service twice just to get the order shipped. Very frustrated.
This site has to be the worst site ever. I ordered a pair of shoes over five days ago, and was over charged on the tax and shipping. Not to mention i have yet to receive a tracking number. I've been calling shoe palace ever since. The customer service number they have listed is complete and utter BS. I'm beyond livid and don't know what to do at this point I'll never order a pair of shoes from them online again

Ordered the new Jordan 11’s 12/12 and it’s 12/25 and it has taken 2 weeks for them to process and finally make a shipping label. My shoes haven’t even been delivered to UPS yet, they’re saying it will come December 29th but it’s probably a lie.

Shoe palace probably has the worse customer service. Their service number doesn’t work. And emailing often gets ignored.
They did respond to me once, when I wanted to cancel an order. They asked for an order number, which I gave.. then they went and canceled a different order of mines. And when I emailed, multiple times about it. I never got a response.
Horrible online customer service.

100% HORRIBLE!! Horrible customer service line that NEVER pick up!! Order Jordan 11s on 12/12 it’s 12/21 and still have not SHIPPED ????????!! They don’t let you cancel your order yo get your money back, they say they can’t cancel a order, BIG LIES!
The website is so bad!
I can tell your trying to make it easier but is NOT working. The countdown is VERY INACCURATE. If your waiting for a release and you use the countdown it’s important to understand that you the shoes will sell out before it even hits 7 o’clock.
It still was 6:59 after I refreshed and they’re sold out. With the clock still ticking down!!!! HOW!???? I absolutely hate the website.
They won’t care, big businesses know they will sell the shoes regardless especially the new releases. I don’t get too emotional when I miss a shoe release, because I know how the game goes. But at least make it straight forward for people trying to use your website.
Why even have the clock.
I went to the one at the Tucson Mall and was greeted by the associate by the name of "Alan". He was very nice and patient with helping me and my three children find what they liked and wanted on their feet. Thanks Alan. Will be returning in 3 to 4 months for same care. -loyal customer
